Karien has been fortunate to study under some of the world’s most accomplished doctors and therapists in rehabilitation and hands-on therapy. Her skillset has been developed, and continues to grow, in order to reduce your pain and then optimize your movement by showing you how to improve your muscle balance, posture, and body awareness. She may also draw from her experience to share colorful stories and examples to help you best understand your healing journey. Karien does not believe in a one-size- fits-all treatment approach. She takes the time to truly listen, and will help you work toward your unique needs and goals.
